Menu Customization

Our menu is a guideline only. We’re happy to customize dishes to suit your event. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, please contact us by phone or email.

Ordering Details

• Minimum Order: $350 is required to book any order.
• Notice: Please order at least 3 full days in advance.
• Weddings: Must be booked 60 days ahead. Includes 2 servers if requested. An 18% gratuity applies (weddings only).
• Last-Minute Orders: May be accepted at our discretion.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery Only: We no longer offer pick-up. This helps us stay on time and deliver your order as scheduled.
• Delivery Window: Please allow a 1-hour time frame for delivery.
• Note: Food warmers are not provided.

Payment & Cancellation

• Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
• Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the event.
• Late Payment: If full payment is not received 24 hours before the event, your order will be canceled and the deposit will be lost.
• Cancellations:
   
  • 5+ business days notice: 50% of deposit refunded.
  • Less than 5 days: No refund.

Payments Accepted

We accept E-Transfer, online payments, and debit/credit/Apple Pay (must be paid in full if using card or online).

Allergies & Dietary Needs

We encourage you to check with your guests for any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance.

We can accommodate most requests, but extra charges may apply.

Please note the Top 8 allergens: Eggs, Fish, Wheat, Dairy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Shellfish, and Soy.
